Gillian McKenna is the founder and owner of Swift Admin, born in Dublin, Ireland, but now living in County Wexford.

Gillian offers her services in the form of a Virtual Assistant/Remote Administration Executive/Remote Executive PA.

After working for almost 14 years in professional executive administration Gillian felt it was time to move out on her own and establish Swift Admin.

When a number of friends set up various small to medium sized businesses, one of their main challenges was that they did not have the time or resources to give to the administration end of their business. Gillian soon realised that with her experience and passion she was in a position to help and to offer an excellent service.

For almost 13 years Gillian worked for one of Ireland’s leading charity organisations and National Governing Bodies (NGBs). During this time, she worked as an Executive Assistant at Senior level. She developed a wide range of skills, devoting much of her time to executive administration and project management. Gillian now uses these skills to help other businesses achieve their goals.

In her spare time, Gillian can be found growing her own vegetables, kayaking in the sunny Southeast or you can often find her in the kitchen cooking up a storm while listening to some good music.
